We are looking to immediately hire an experienced IT Support Technician to help with our growing managed IT services client base in West Tennessee. We serve as an outsourced IT department for small businesses, and a successful candidate will work with clients and fellow teammates to resolve and prevent issues for our clients.
A successful candidate will be able demonstrate an understanding of server domains, desktop computers, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, backups, Office 365, and more.
They must also be able to demonstrate a strong desire to serve others and be able to communicate well with others, including our clients. We have a small team, and you must be able to get along well with others.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician Include:
- Onsite, remote and telephone support services for business clients
- Server maintenance and repair
- Backup management and monitoring
- Wireless network support
- Network printer support
- Corporate email support
- Productivity software support
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation
Depending on the skill/experience level of the successful candidate. Minimum pay for this position is $50k but negotiable for more experienced technicians with years of proven experience. We are also open to hiring lesser qualified technicians that can be trained up to this position.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- This is an onsite position for an experienced technician.
- Current A+ and/or Microsoft Certifications are desired.
- Must have great communications and technical skills.
- Must be committed to a high level of professionalism and to providing top-notch customer service.
- Must have solid references.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
